Special Monsoon Cancellation Policy

  • During the monsoon season, safaris may be suspended due to heavy rainfall. If the park authorities close the reserve for weather-related reasons, the following refund rules apply:
  • 75% refund for Gypsy Safari bookings
  • 65% refund for Canter Safari bookings
  • Important: Once a permit has been issued by the forest department, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.

  • This is not the official website of Ranthambore National Park. We operate as an independent travel facilitator, offering assistance with safari reservations, lodging arrangements, and travel-related services for guests visiting the park.
     

Safari Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments for Gypsy and Canter Safaris are completely non-refundable.
  • For same-day or urgent bookings, fees are refundable only if the booking cannot be confirmed due to unavailability.
     

Limitations of Liability

  • After your safari or travel package has been confirmed, any changes in government fees, taxes, guide charges, or fuel prices will be borne by the guest.
  • These revisions may occur without prior notice.
     

Current / Tatkal Safari Reservations
Declaration

  • We function as a private booking service and have no affiliation with the Forest Department or any government authority. We do not claim authorization or endorsement.
  • Our role is limited to arranging safari slots, hotel bookings, transportation assistance, and related travel support.
  • Service fees may fluctuate depending on demand, availability, and seasonal booking trends.
     

Guidelines for Current Safari Bookings

  • Submit your booking request at least 1 day earlier for better chances of confirmation.
  • Confirmation of tatkal/current bookings is not guaranteed.
  • Safaris may be allotted in any of the zones from 1 to 10.
  • Zone preferences are not assured, though we try to accommodate them whenever possible.
     

Instructions for Ranthambore Safari Visitors

  • Full payment is required in advance for all safari bookings.
  • Every traveler must carry a valid government ID.
  • Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • Bookings cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Visitors must present the exact same ID used at the time of booking.
  • Safari can be booked up to 90 days in advance.
  • Foreign nationals must provide passport information for processing their reservations.
  • Permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Park operations may be suspended without prior notice by the authorities.
  • Any increase in fees after booking must be paid at the time of entry.
  • Guests must arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes before safari departure.
  • Next-day bookings are treated as current bookings, and current booking rules apply.
  • Standard hotel check-in is 12:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM (may vary by property).

Important Note

  • All reservations—including safari entry, accommodation, and related services inside Ranthambore Tiger Reserve—are provisional.
    The Forest Department or the Field Director may modify or cancel any booking without giving a reason.
  • By making a reservation on this website, you agree to all the above terms.
    No modifications, rescheduling, or refunds are permitted for confirmed safaris under any circumstances.
