Terms & Conditions

  • The domain https://ranthambhorebooking.com/ is managed by Wildlife Adventure India Private Limited, located in Delhi and established under the Companies Act.
  • We provide complete booking, including safari permit, gypsy/canter, guide and driver. Other facilities such as hotels, pick-up, and drop-off are provided at customers' own cost.
  • The Forest Department controls and manages the Safari in Ranthambore National Park.
  • Zone allotment is subject to availability and decided by the Forest Department.
  • All the details provided by the customer must be correct. Customers are responsible for the problem caused by incorrect details.
  • After the booking, customers will get confirmation vouchers/invoice within 24 hours through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.
  • If there is a hike in the permit fee, guide charges, taxes, fuel cost and other things, customers are liable to pay that additional charge after booking. In case of denial, the safari might be canceled, and no amount will be refunded.
  • To book a hotel, at least 50 % of the amount must be paid during the booking, while the remaining 50% can be paid during check-in.
  • The full amount will be refunded in case of unavailability or any technical issue.
  • Tour rates may vary during festivals, long weekends and peak seasons.
  • Wildlife Adventure India Private Limited accepts payment by Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Transfer. Pay to the company bank/payment gateway account only.
  • From July to September, only zones 6 to 10 safaris run in Ranthambore National Park while zones 1 to 5 remain closed.
  • The company is not responsible for any theft/loss/damage/accident.
  • After paying the advance money, if you refuse to make the remaining payment, then your tour will be canceled, and the advance amount will not be refunded.
  • During online safari booking, customers have to provide the full names (As mentioned on IDs) and photo IDs of each member who will take part in the safari.
  • Advance booking for the safari is allowed through the online process.
  • Indian nationals can provide Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card/Passport / Driving license / PAN Card /School ID or any other office ID.
  • For foreigners, the passport of customers will be considered as the photo ID proof.
  • Customers have to pay the full fee in advance, including permit fee, vehicle fee and guide fee.
  • No private vehicle is allowed in the park under any condition.
  • The jeep safari and canter safari amounts are non-refundable once confirmed. Only the current booking amount will be refunded in case the booking is not confirmed.
  • Safari booking for the evening slot of the same day and morning slot of the next day is submitted in the current quota.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Please remember

  • All reservations for use of any service, including entry and stay in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, are provisional in nature and are subject to change / cancellation by the Field Director, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, without assigning any reasons. Making a reservation will indicate your agreement to any and all of the terms and conditions laid down then.
  • There shall be no cancellation/ refund for any safari under any circumstances, and no request shall be entertained for refund/ cataloging of safari.
