Cancellation Policy

Special Monsoon Cancellation Policy

  • During the monsoon season, safaris may be suspended due to heavy rainfall. If the park authorities close the reserve for weather-related reasons, the following refund rules apply:
  • 75% refund for Gypsy Safari bookings
  • 65% refund for Canter Safari bookings
  • Important: Once a permit has been issued by the forest department, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.
     


Current Safari Booking Confirmation

  • For last-minute or current bookings, confirmation depends on availability:
  • Morning Safari: You may get confirmation a day before your safari.
  • Evening Safari: Confirmation may be provided on the same day of the safari.
     

Chambal Boat Safari Cancellation Policy

  • The Chambal Boat Safari fee is completely non-refundable.
     

Current / Tatkal Safari Booking Refund Rules

  • If your current/tatkal safari is not confirmed, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • If your safari gets confirmed, the booking becomes non-refundable.
  • If a user cancels a current/tatkal request before confirmation, the following charges apply:
  • 25% deduction for Gypsy Safari
  • 35% deduction for Canter Safari
     

Non-Refundable Safari Payments

  • Gypsy Safari and Canter Safari charges are non-refundable once confirmed.
Refunds for current bookings are given only if the booking fails due to no availability.
 


Tour Package Cancellation, No-Show & Early Departure Policy

  • If you need to postpone or cancel your tour due to any unavoidable situation, please send your request in writing by email or message.
    The cancellation date will be considered from the day we receive your written communication.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
  • 30 days before arrival: 20% of the total tour amount
  • 15–29 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour amount
  • 07–14 days before arrival: 40% of the total tour amount
  • 02–06 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour amount
  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund
     

Note:

  • Payments made for Gypsy or Canter Safari are strictly non-refundable.
  • For triple occupancy rooms, one extra mattress will be provided.
  • Any change in government taxes, hotel rates, or safari charges will be shared with you before your travel date by email or phone.
  • If your safari cannot be booked due to reasons like technical issues or seat unavailability, the entire safari amount will be refunded, and we will notify you promptly.
  • During peak seasons (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, long weekends), a separate cancellation policy may apply. You will be informed of this when required.

 

Limitations & Liabilities

  • After your tour cost is finalized, any increase in:

    Safari permit fees, Museum entry charges, Government taxes, Fuel prices, Guide charges …..will be charged additionally as per government rules.
     

  • In situations such as:

    Weather disruptions, Strikes or roadblocks, Traffic issues, Hotel overbooking, Festival crowding, Entry restrictions, Unforeseen closures….we will try our best to provide suitable alternative arrangements. However, refunds or compensation cannot be claimed for issues beyond our control.
     

  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

 

Declaration

  • We operate as an independent travel service provider and are not authorized by the Forest Department.
  • We do not claim any government association.
  • Our services include assistance with safari bookings, hotel stays, transportation arrangements, and travel support.
  • Pricing may vary depending on safari demand, especially during high-traffic periods.

 

Important Notes on Cancellations

  • The initial booking/holding amount is non-refundable.
  • If your safari vehicle is changed (Gypsy to Canter or vice versa), the difference will be refunded accordingly.
  • If a permit cannot be generated, we will refund 70% of the tour amount (GST and payment gateway fees are non-refundable).
  • The tour date is not counted when calculating cancellation timelines.

 

Payment Policy for Tour Packages

  • We accept payments through:
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • To confirm your booking:
  • You may pay 50% advance, and the remaining 50% can be paid at the start of the tour.
  • You may also pay 100% in advance to secure your booking and avail additional discount benefits.
  • Guests agree to pay all applicable government taxes, surcharges, and fees.

 

Important

  • All bookings for entry, safari, or stay inside Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are provisional and may be changed or canceled by the Field Director without prior notice.
  • By making a reservation, you agree to all terms stated here.
  • Safari bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no changes or rescheduling will be allowed under any circumstances.
